Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of JobWorth IQ, including jobworthiq.com, the JobWorth IQ application, and related services. By creating an account or using JobWorth IQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of JobWorth IQ

JobWorth IQ provides tools that help service-business users calculate job costs and possible selling prices, review potential profit and margin, organize customers and jobs, and prepare and deliver customer estimates.

JobWorth IQ is not accounting, legal, tax, financial, or professional business advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that circumvents subscription limits or security controls.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for your business decisions and for checking all calculations and outputs before relying on or sending them. You remain responsible for verifying materials, labor, overhead, taxes, permits, subcontractors, insurance, licensing, and final customer pricing.

Customer estimates

Estimates created with JobWorth IQ are prepared from information you supply. You are responsible for their accuracy, legality, completeness, scope, terms, delivery, acceptance process, and use with customers. JobWorth IQ is not a party to agreements between you and your customers and does not guarantee that any estimate will be accepted or paid.

Acceptable use

You may not use JobWorth IQ to violate law or another person's rights; submit content you do not have the right to use; transmit malware; probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the service or its security; scrape or access the service through unauthorized automated means; impersonate others; commit fraud; or help another person do any of these things.

User content

You retain ownership of information and content you submit, including customer, business, job, and quote data. You grant JobWorth IQ a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content, including customer information.

Intellectual property

JobWorth IQ and its software, design, branding, text, graphics, features, and other service materials are owned by JobWorth IQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative works from protected service materials without permission.

Third-party services

JobWorth IQ may rely on or link to third-party services such as Stripe, email providers, hosting, authentication, analytics, or customer portals. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or conduct is outside our control.

Availability and changes to the service

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We aim to keep JobWorth IQ available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation or that data will never be lost. Keep copies of business records you need.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobWorth IQ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobWorth IQ and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to JobWorth IQ during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited by these Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the service, or when necessary to protect JobWorth IQ, users, customers, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation is governed by the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
