Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the JobWorth IQ Free plan and the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms that apply to JobWorth IQ Pro.

JobWorth IQ Free

• Unlimited job-pricing calculations
• Unlimited calculator use
• First 5 unique customer quote deliveries or exports free

A new quote may consume one free allowance when it is emailed, shared, downloaded, printed, or otherwise exported to a customer. Resending an already-counted quote does not consume another allowance.

After the free quote allowance is used, the pricing calculators remain available under the Free plan, but a Pro subscription may be required to deliver or export additional customer quotes.

JobWorth IQ Pro

• $11.99/year
• The same Pro features are included on both plans.

The only difference between the monthly and annual plans is price and billing frequency. Current features are described on the Pricing page.

Automatic renewal and payment

The monthly plan renews each month. The annual plan renews each year. Your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription price and any required taxes at the start of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Stripe until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment and billing information current.

How to cancel

You may cancel through Manage Subscription in your JobWorth IQ account, which will direct you to the Stripe Customer Portal. If you cannot access the portal, contact support@jobworthiq.com for help.

Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge. Deleting the app, stopping use, or allowing a payment method to expire does not by itself cancel a subscription.

What happens after cancellation

Pro access remains available through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation. At expiration, the account returns to JobWorth IQ Free.

Existing quotes, customers, and job history are not automatically deleted when Pro expires. Access to certain Pro features, including additional quote delivery or export, may be limited unless you resubscribe. Separate account-deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly with the email address associated with your account and enough information for us to review the charge. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Price and policy changes

We may change subscription prices, plan features, or this policy. If a change affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide notice when required by law. A new price will generally apply beginning with a future renewal rather than retroactively to a billing period already paid.
